Information gathering.
Davidson Dental Appraisals & Sales will obtain key documents and information through our Questionnaire. At this time, we also inventory your dental equipment.

Analyze process
We take away the information provided and analyze it, along with your financial data, to ensure we provide potential buyers with a complete picture of your practice.

Review process
Once the appraisal is complete, we go through a draft copy with you and your accountant (if applicable) to ensure all parties are in agreement and all questions have been answered before we provide your final copy of your appraisal.

Listing process
We will meet with you to discuss marketing strategies and timelines. Our list of pre-qualified buyers have signed an extensive & detailed Confidentiality Agreement giving you the privacy you require.
